Mr. Gordan wrote: Rodrick Phillips services are AC units today and I agreed to have my picture taken and provide a statement for your web site.  Link this statement with my picture and thank Rodrick and your team. Within the last year I switched to Aloha AC for service and we recently installed a new American Standard, 5 ton, Allegiance 16 AC unit in our home.  I am very pleased with the service by the technicians and the management team of Aloha, but more important is the 22% saving in my FPL bill by converting to a much more efficient AC unit.  In addition, we received a $300 tax credit.  My only regret is that I didn’t replace the old unit sooner with Aloha.

On 4/12/12 we met Janet B. she had performed a Google search for “rheem repair 33433” and chose Aloha because she has a Hawaiian back ground and the name Aloha Air caught her eye.

She was a pleasure to speak with and we tried to help her self diagnose her trouble shoot and get her back up and running. After a short time we decided it would be best to sent a technician over. She was more then happy to pose and write a comment about how we made her and her dogie feel.

This is what she wrote, “OMG COLD Thank you! Derek! Oh my Goodness, Derek was the best ever! He gets 200% above the best. He is true ALOHA man. Mahala the rocks totally! I am in love (only I am 30 years to old + he has a family) Most polite kind helpful wonderful man!! AND IT’S COLD!” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves and you can’t make stuff like this up as you can see in the picture below.

This past Easter Sunday, we received a call from Christ Church at 7 am.
By 8:30 am Our Technician arrived, shortly after he completed his repair and
no one attending the holiday services was affected.

On 2/27/12 Tara & Jackie at Bright Future Learning Center, said “Aloha has been servicing our a/c for the past 10 years. Our preschool has several units. They are prompt and efficient with the contracted service cleanings. Sherry always answers the phone and is extremely knowledgeable about the history of our units. Anytime we have an emergency they are out quickly and repair the issue with the least amount of interruptions to the facility. The crew is amazing, especially Derrick and Rodrick. They are very informative and professional. They explain repairs, preventative measures and possible future issues to us in a way that makes sense. We are pleased with the service that Aloha has provided to us over the years.”

On 2/14/12 Mrs. Narain of Margate, FL said “I am very pleased with the services of Aloha Air Conditioning and Plumbing and their technician Rod, their salesman Tim and the services they provided. I am more then happy to display their yard sign.She called us out because her 1991 package unit that was a wall hung installation on the back of her home had rusted through the base and the blower assembly was getting ready to fall to the ground.

    Description Of Work: Needed emergency service call on a Saturday because A/C was out…They answered the phone, and were there within 1 1/2 hrs. The serviceman was professional and knowledgeable. I WILL be calling them in the future and recommend them to ALL!

    On Mon June 13th I call for estimate on repairing my AC, needing the freeon pipes to be fixed/repair. The gentleman who answered the phone was very courteous and had someone out to my house that afternoon with an estimate! The next day they had all the work done. The most impressive part of the job was DAVE (don’t know his last name). He did a terrific job. He was very courteous, professional, knowledgable and efficient. He clean eveything up after his work, swept the debris and left eveything the way it was.
    I will refer this company, especially Dave to eveyone!

    I am a fairly critical customer as I was involved in the building business, including apartments, for decades. I looked very carefully at the work done by your installers and they did an excellent job. They did not cut corners or gloss over installation procedures. I was only there for about a week after the job was done, however, everything seemed to be running properly. When I come back down, hopefully, it will still be working. I know that most mechanical defects in the equipment show themselves in about 90 days so I am keeping my fingers crossed. My only concern relates to the change over to R410 and the retention of the original refrigeration lines. My understanding is that the compressor oil used with R410 does not mix well with the old compressor oil. During installation you are supposed to carefully clean out the lines. I am sure your installers have this down to a science by now. I think they had a nitrogen tank that they used to blow out lines, etc.

    Anyhow, please let your installers know that I am very pleased with the job and would not hesitate to refer anyone who asks me to your company. I have not forgotten Tim. He was very helpful in the process. He was on top of everything related to getting job done efficiently. I came down to Florida specially to get this all done and he made sure that it happened exactly the way it was supposed to.

    World class service is how I would rate Aloha Air Conditioning. I called them one afternoon because my ac unit had stopped working. The tech arrived on-time after I had called them and
    got right to work fixing my unit. He was done in a very short while and went over everything they did with me. They even charge me less than the
    estimate they had given me over the phone.

    We just had Rodrick from Aloha AC leave our condo and I cannot recommend him or them more! He was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and informative, which is a nice change of pace from the previous AC men (not from Aloha) we have had over our place. I will recommend Rodrick and Aloha AC to anyone who needs an AC repair service. Thank you very much for the quick and efficient service!
